I stayed a few nights in June 2010 on the premier floors, and it's definitely a solid 4 star hotel. However, sometimes, the prices they charge can be a little silly. I believe the rooms aren't all that different from the normal rooms, but since they are on the top 2/3 floors, you are guaranteed to be away from the street noise. I'm also quite happy with the room size, and it's clean and modern.
