Grrrrr. I have a Q2 free cert from last year that expires in June, and I want to use that rather than pay RR. It's good for up to Cat 7, I'm willing to burn it on a Cat 5, only I'm not allowed.

(I remain a fan of HH in general, but I think it sorta stinks how unavailable Diamond Force has been in my experience - even though they trumpet it as one of the key bennies of the program.)

What am I doing wrong, here? What does one have to do, exactly, to score a Diamond Force reservation on points or certs?
Call again, sometimes for real you cannot get a DSA, but keep trying. I think in all the times I wanted a reservation 6/7 times I was able to. Only once could a DSA not be done.

And yes, Diamond guaranteed reservation is for sold out situations and is at rack rate.
