There was no cheese in this dish, just penne, a bit of oil, and crumbled cookies (graham crackers, I think). It was the strangest thing I have seen on an aircraft in quite a long time. But, as
Eastbay1K mentions above, I'm not very gor may, so I probably just didn't recognize the quality.
