I fly it a couple of times a year and agree that the crews are generally very good. On time performance out of RDU is very good (I have never been delayed); coming back depends on LHR.

Personally, I love the flight; RDU is a beautiful airport (assuming you are not flying SW) and is not very crowded. Easy clearance through security. Easy parking. Hard to beat it.
