I printed this page: http://www.costco.ca/service/feature...uctno=10340364 and brought it to costco to get a membership yesterday. They gave me a voucher with a PIN to enter on the AP site to get 1000 bonus miles.

The PIN doesn't work. I keep getting an error message that it's an invalid PIN. The deposit page on the AP site refers to this as the "aeronote" program and has a long list of partners. Costco is not on the list.

I called AP today and just got a run around. I didn't give up easy, but they claimed it wasn't their problem and that I should talk to costco about it. The costco line was closed (after 6pm) when I called.

Has anyone done this? Is there some other way to deposit this or some other weirdness that anyone knows about? I searched and couldn't find anything. The voucher came from an envelope full of them so I don't see how it could be "invalid".
