I've taken it more times than I can count.

Crews are generally very good. 95% are RDU based and fairly senior. This is typically the only flight they work, so IME they're usually very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a nice ride on 'their' flight.

On-time performance is equally as good. The 763 turns around at RDU, so the only time there's ever really any delay is if its major backed up out of LHR. From push back to wheels up is usually under 10 mins, quite a difference from JFK or LHR.

Other than that, just a typical east coast - Europe 763 flight. The overhead tv's will play 2 movies each way and some random NBC shows, but if you're worried about being entertained I'd bring your own computer...
