I'm going to be flying on American Flight 174/174 from RDU to LHR on business soon. Was wondering if anyone here has ever taken that flight, and if so, what is it like? On-time, crew attitude, etc? Also, I notice it's a 767 and not a triple-7 with private screens. How are the hanging shared video screens?
