Doesn't really help. Already picked some options that I didn't particularly care for.

In effect, for SEs, it's like if the 100% bonus would have been cut to 60%.

Make no mistake, this is *by design.* People have complained about cuts in IKK. So they did bring some back. Now they are taking some away again through the back door.
