I just dropped off an old suitcase for repair. This thing was to be thrown out anyway, but AC managed to break off the handle, so keep fingers crossed that reimbursement would be cheaper for them than repair.

Oh, and as it was attached to the broken handle, my Elite luggage tag was lost - I guess that is not replaceable ....
