armagebedar is right. You're only entitled to the ANA Arrivals Lounge. I was recently there - they did update the food options, now includes small cakes, pastries, sandwiches, and rice balls (they used to only have bread rolls.) Even if it is rather congested and a waitlist exists, you'll also have enough time to shower if you're there for 3-4 hours.

The Int'l ANA/UA RCC is only available if you're continuing on in an int'l flight from NRT, unfortunately.
