Sorry to hear about that. Would it be possible for you to PM me some information so we can figure out what happened. We would need the date of the flight, flight number and the number or address you signed up for notifications with. With what you have told us so far, the notifications should have gone out to you.We want to figure out what happened so that we can fix the issue or improve our service.
