I just completed a one-night stay here and basically agree with the most recent posters' comments that the hotel is in need of a new casino, but the room I had was mostly fine.

The valets are friendly and immediately offered help with luggage if needed. The valet park area is immediately in the front of the hotel, so it won't take long to get your car. I did notice that the valets were nowhere to be found on Sun. morning (1 AM), presumably because the valet lot was full of cars.

As far as I can tell, I didn't get a Gold upgrade, though the hotel was nice enough to let me check in at noon instead of the usual 3 PM time. The lines at the normal registration area were long, presumably with people checking out, but the SPG line was empty. The agent seemed to be new, but she was friendly.

The elevator with the b-b dents is the first one on the right as you approach the elevator area.

My room on the fifth floor was small, though I thought the bathroom was decently sized. According to the floor plan on the door, the largest room appeared to be the one at the end of the hallway.

I didn't spent much time at the hotel outside of sleeping, but when I gambled it was at other casinos.

As mentioned in other posts, the elevators are annoying, especially at check-out. Being on the fifth floor, the elevators were always full of people by the time they reached your floor and it continued to stop on every floor until reaching the lobby. A number of people resorted to taking the stairs. Checkout was efficient.

Lastly, while I was checking out, another guest stepped up to my agent and asked about a telephone problem on the 16th floor. Apparently the floor had just opened (16 of 17 floors, I assume, are open) and they are dealing with "new floor" issues.
