I have recently had 2 seperate stays at this hotel. The art collection that 777 gmh mentioned still appears to be insitu in the lobby, and it does make it seem very crowded and uninviting. I didn't notice air fresheners, but the lavender pouch ? left on the pillow as part of the turn down service was so over powering it gave me a headache and had to be disposed of
Lounge was very comfortable, great breakfast, but agree that evening nibbles were a bit light on. Overall a pleasant space to relax and spend time.

On check out noticed another guest walking around lobby in pjs and bare feet - hope this behaviour is nipped in the bud by the staff.
