Have not been to JFK since the air train was working. I imagine getting between terminals not to be as much of an issue as clearing PP control and security check /rechecking luggage.

Was wondering what all the experieced flyers have to say.

This could be cutting it very closely if your inbound flight is delayed, if there is a delay at the baggage carousel, if immigration lines are slow and if there is a long line at T5 security. Now I would think that security in mid afternoon shouldn't be that bad but my first three concerns are real possibilities.

What if you miss your Jetblue flight? What is your backup?
