Let's say for example that if my wife has dual citizenship and she is traveling with my kid, and my kid is bi-racial, what kind of proof that lawyer is asking for JAL agent to check in case my wife is doing parental kidnapping?
This is an issue to our country, and I don't think there is an easy way to fix this in a short time.
A little bit OT, but I still think suing JAL is a little bit too much.
By the way, I believe the travel agent is on the lawsuit too
