the airline (JAL in this case) has duties to check passports, etc. and may have failed to do what was required. I wouldn't be especially surprised if there's more to this than the absurdist type of claim which should also have them suing saudi arabia and the road manufacturers.
I know my list is absurd.
But it is my understanding that the JAL checking agent swipe the passport and the computer did not raise the red flag, I guess JAL has done their job.
Let's say for example that if my wife has dual citizenship and she is traveling with my kid, and my kid is bi-racial, what kind of proof that lawyer is asking for JAL agent to check in case my wife is doing parental kidnapping?
This is an issue to our country, and I don't think there is an easy way to fix this in a short time.
A little bit OT, but I still think suing JAL is a little bit too much.
