How do you get flights across an ocean in J for so little miles?

I check, and I see Canada to Europe1 for 60,000. Then there's an option for Business class that is only actually Business class within Europe, but the flight across the ocean is still economy. I think that was 75,000 miles.

A flight that's full business class from Canada to Europe1 was like, 700,000 or 900,000 miles last time I checked (which I can't confirm now because booking seems to be down)

Am I way off base here, or is there some secret that perhaps someone could share with me either here or private message?
