Is it just one drink if you use TGI Fridays per person? We are travelling back to the UK on Saturday and after your advice am contemplating not using the lounge. We may be a little early as I need to travel to the airport and drop off a hire car, so a few drinks may be needed. Our flight out was full in J, including Jonny Vaughan (Capital Breakfast show) and his family, so I assume that it will be equally packed on the return with the schools going back.
Myself and my partner had about 3 drinks each FREE, I saw they had a sheet behind the bar where they must add all the drinks from everyone who had a voucher from the lounge. Also since we were there for an hour, they kept on bringing us sandwiches which was very nice of them. Just a side note after being at a resort for a eleven days their pina colada were not great, but the G&T were spot on and we could pick our gin.
J was full on the way out and on the way back however as we had status we pick 4J&4K, and were very happy, the catering on the way home had alot to be desired , especially the people who order special meals (rice and a few vegetables )
