Yes, and presumably the 10K bonus would be non-Q. But it would still help bulk up your account (starting from 0, say, you'd have almost half a long-haul award ticket in E+).

There is also a bonus listed on the Radisson site, join Radisson GoldRewards (affiliated with GoldPoints) and earn 5K GPs (becomes 1250 airline miles) after your first stay. Don't know when this was introduced, so I don't know if Ken is eligible).
