I'd rather naively presumed I could check in via AF as normal and use the lounge, but I find the Air France website won't let me check in - instead, it directs me to 'partner' website FlyBE, where, quelle surprise, I'm not able to check in either. Feels like I am getting the worst of both worlds here.

Does anyone know if a) there's any way to check in other than the airport and b) if I'll be allowed to use the lounge at MAN? AF have moved from T2 to T3 where the only lounge is the FlyBE lounge, and I have no idea if they'll care about, or be briefed on Skyteam status. Especially as I imagine I'll have to use the FlyBE desks to check in and will have a FlyBE boarding pass

Some feedback from anyone who's done this, or any predictions, would be great. Rather dreading tomorrow now!
You will defo be allowed lounge access with your FB level. Its an ok lounge but nothign special at all. I also had problems checking inonline (i couldnt) so had to do this at the gate and subsequently accept a real sh!tty seat.

On a slightly different topic, make sure you keep your borading passes as you'll find your miles\flights with FlyBe wont automatically be credited to your FB account. See my thread from Friday on this subject http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/flyin...l-flights.html

Horrible situation really.
