Anyone else experiencing errors? I try to click on reservations and end up back on the home page. Sometimes I can book, some times I can't.

Even for IC, this is unusually poor. And for this traveler, a PC member since 1985, it has now cost them seven nights revenue.

If ever there was a need to fire an entire team and start from scratch, this is it. Contests so convoluted that I can't be bothered to even cheat, which seems to be the only way to benefit, to the most recent stupidity of extending my Platinum for another year for free (duh - I have requalified on my own for 26 years now - thanks a heap) these people continue to amaze about how clueless they are sometimes.

Do the basics well, then get fancy.
Give me a web site that works, is reliable and doesn't need 7 upgrades and revisions a year.
