Okay so there are EU laws stating that it is illegal to discriminate people based on their nationality when they are citizens of EU countries.

Because of this isn't having a lower requirement for people living in the EU (expt UK) to get status in the BAEC breaking this law?

Let me know what you think before i bring this up with BA and get lawyers onto it.
