If everyone bothered reading the question correctly... OP wanted to fly from the US east coast to YVR and he wanted to know if any asian *A carrier had Fifth Freedom traffic rights for the route to YVR.

He did not want to fly from YVR to asia.

So to answer your question - the only non-US/Canadian carrier that has fifth freedom traffic rights between US East coast and YVR is Cathay Pacific Airways - a Oneworld partner.
