I had.a Red Oxx Metro that had a couple of seams partially pulled on it. I used it for close to a year that way but decided to get it fixed. I emailed them and they said sorry, send it in. I printed the email, put it in the package and sent it back. I wasn't in a hurry so I ground shipped it for a few bucks. They sent it back good as new. I think it was a couple weeks total. Short enough that I was wondering what that big box was when it arrived back since I didn't expect it so soon.
