Seaworld, movieworld, dreamworld, wetnwild, australian outback spectacular, catch a crab, glowworm, paradise country, byron bay, winery(any nice one and allows kids together with us in the tour)
Well for a start what budget are you looking at?

You can get some fairly good value passes that will allow you to visit a number of theme parks over a period of days, be it movie world, dream world and so on.
