Not to be rude, but if you're already worried about the annual fee the Platinum Card is not for you. It's an expensive card to have. The benefits more than make up for the fee (if you use them), but it's still one of the more expensive cards to have. .
My thoughts Exactly.
If you can put enough money on a card to justify the ~500US cost you're probably not going to worry about a cheque bouncing for the yearly fee.
