I've had some odd ones in my time, but most recently, I just had a week involving Singapore and Bismarck ND. Then there was the week where I went straight from Dubai to Yuba City CA. There have also been a handful of domestic contrasting city pairs - New York City & Meridian MS, San Francisco & Knoxville TN, etc, etc.
