Accidents due to corruption and inferior materials and techniques used by subcontractors wouldn't really be beneficial for planned Chinese HS train system exports.
That's another aspect not to be forgotten, China has now copied the most advanced train technology from Canada, Germany and Japan and the potential market is rather huge.
