There's something important missing from this thread, but maybe we are moving in that direction:

Seriously, OP (and I am not attacking you), if you want a cogent answer to your question, there has to be more information.

If a crime was committed against you, then followup action would be a police report.

If you want these people flagged in some way as flying troublemakers, then you should promptly send a detailed report to DL.

If you just want compensation for having to sit by them and suffer their offensive behavior, then tell DL and you'll probably have some sky pesos tossed your way.

If there was no crime but you want these people "pay" for upsetting you, then you'll need to hire a lawyer and sue them.


So without the necessary details, there are many possible answers to your question.
