Well I think the pilot should be terminated!!! (sorry, 2nd time today I say this!!)

Seriously, while I'm not sure what would happen in this case, I've seen people being pulled from their connecting flights to "talk" to airport police... most of the instances I've witnessed the pax was intoxicated.
