Speaking of taxi vouchers my company uses these with a well-known cab company. They're good for whatever the fare might be plus we have a place to write in the tip. A few weeks ago I used one to go out to the airport from downtown and because I had to use the specific taxi company I "skipped" over three other cabs already in line. That really annoyed those drivers but my driver was thrilled to get a good fare (flat rate of about $50) out to the airport and was appreciative of the tip I wrote in for him.
