I'm an AC Elite, and I managed to lose my Aeroplan card.

I called Aeroplan, and they were more than happy to send me a new one, it would only take 2-4 WEEKS to arrive.

They told me that non-elite cards ship more quickly, but for E and SE they use an external company to print a new card.

In the meantime, I can't get into lounges at non-AC airports. Seems a little crazy that it would take this long to replace a card, or that a temporary card of some kind couldn't be issued by AC!

I assume Aeroplan doesn't care one-bit about Top-Tier members and I can't find any contact # for AC Top-Tier. Anyone have any suggestions?

(BTW, once I get my new card, I'm going to order another one right away so I have a backup. Aeroplan guy on the phone said new cards don't cancel others).
