What do you mean cutting some of the annual fee? As in canceling to get a prorated fee? Cancelling prior to a year?
I mean that I am paying for the fee for the charge card in order to have greater limit, otherwise I could go for the credit card and pay all my spending each month )like charge card. For example if I go for the BA amex card I will not have to pay for the fee each year.
