Yes, we did get our balcony (but not free). We had booked with Cash & Points but were able to upgrade on arrival - $20/nt more for an Intracoastal waterway view or $40/nt more for an ocean view. We took the ICW and were very happy.

Our "Plus" status didn't garner us anything (didn't really expect it to).

We simply loved the hotel. You'll be sorry you're only staying for one night.
