Stupid idea. I agree with Sixth Freedom that the money could be better spent if a better contingency plan is in place. Learn from the Norwegians, the Canadian airports in Montreal, Calgary and Toronto, the US airports like Chicago and even New York. But put this lame duck of an idea of heated stands away.

It will cost too much and the time spent useless.
