I have read information about the complimentary hotel room for layover passengers. I will be traveling in Mid-May from YYZ to TPE, so I called Korean Air to get a room. The Rep. said that Korean Air would not provide a complimentary hotel room to passengers between May and September. Is that true? Did anyone who traveled during this period of time receive a room before? Thanks in advance.
