I second Mrp Alert. Hertz and Alamo are very competitive at LAS. Alamo's cars tend to be worse, though, especially compared to other locations (I regularly rent $15-20 a day Jettas over weekends, through Alamo at LAX). Hertz will put you in a better car at LAS, I've found.
