I was on an AA redeye leaving SFO for JFK and when I boarded I had no blanket and pillow at my seat. The cabin was full. I complained to a FA. She said there was nothing she could do. "They only provide one set for each premium class seat". I assume someone from coach swipped it while walking through.
A few months later, also on AA, a blanket snatcher came into coach with a FA in hot pursuit. The borrowed items were returned to coach.
