That's exactly right. Fligth leaves Tokyo 00:20 and arrives in Bangkok at 04:30 same day. It takes 6 hours and 10 minutes. Since you are flying to west and Tokyo is 2 hours ahead of Bangkok, it seems to take only 4:10 but in the reality is is 6:10 and it is indeed correct.
