"Pillows are for first class passengers only"
That was what the FA told the guy sitting next to me today. Really? This is actually a policy that Delta has?
Considering he was in the 11A, of an A320, with possibly the most uncomfortable seat ever devised (no cushing!), I'm struggling to understand how this makes sense. How much does Delta save by denying pillows?
