I emailed SFO customer service, and they very quickly responded saying that:

1. Based on the current schedule from 02MAY - 17JUN, all flights will arrive and depart from the G gates, EXCEPT the following which will arrive/depart from the A gates

Departures

Flight/Destination/Departure Time
AC738/YYZ/1110
AC563/YVR/1130
AC760/YUL/1155
AC756/YYZ/1315

Arrivals

Flight/Origin/Arrival Time
AC737/YYZ/1025
AC560/YVR/1050
AC761/YUL/1110
AC757/YYZ/1235

2. If your flight is leaving from A gates, you are allowed to clear security on the G side to access the lounges, however you will need to exit the secure area and re-clear security to access the A side to catch your flight
