Years ago, took a cab with 2 or 3 other pax from MRY-SFO because the flight was incredibly delayed. Skywest gave us a voucher to give to the cabbie. On the way up he complained that he loses money and no tip in the voucher. I was the only one of us who tipped, but I wonder if I was the only one that got played?
