Well, there wasn't much to frisk. This was PHX, the skirt was short and the tank top exposed arms and neck. Oddly enough, she did not stick her hands in the little girl's waistband or neckline, although she did check her hair (it was in a high, tight little ponytail.

The bangles left a scrape - you know, no blood, but the top layer of the skin gets slightly torn. That seemed to convince her that the girl wasn't being stubborn, the bracelets really wouldn't come off. (I'm not sure of their ethnicity, but looking at the bracelets and earrings, I think this was real 'jewelry' that was put on at an early age and sort of designed to not get lost).
