Exit rows are indeed 17 and 18 with the reclining seat being the latter. This is according to 9W's website. However, seat guru reflects that the 73H exit rows are 15 and 16. I believe the config on seat guru doesn't exists anymore. Not sure about the pitch, but comparing both the seat config on 9W website and seat guru, they both have 15 rows of economy class seats betweent the overwing emergency exits and the rear lavs. So I think there has been a reduction in J class seat pitch since both versions have 16J.
