Haven't got the Ti supplementary card yet, but the Net a Porter EIP thing got figured out. And my wife has already used up her coupon+ some - was good service, arrived the third day after the order was placed.
Nothing like a free pair of Gucci shoes is all I can say. I actually put the order in on Monday and the package arrived the next day. Considering it was coming up from the States, I was really impressed how quickly it came.
