I see two options how to appreciate (or not) the posts of flytg:

If flytg is a TG employee and is acting as that, his above statement is unacceptable and shows how TG considers its customers. Also it puts a very bad light on a company having already some image problems. Of course this way of "communicating" would be very typical for Thailand where nothing is never sure.

Should flytg just be an unofficial TG lurker without clear mission from the TG management he deserves our thanks for having let us at least known some interesting points.

For myself I am happy to be and remain with M&M, flying TG when they are cheaper than the top *alliance carriers. And to all FTalkers happy being "Platinum": Even this will not give you TIP status .
