Now the only saving grace is still A330 ATL-HNL - but way too few seats to meet the demand.

DL could already use 767-400s if it wants to on MSP-HNL, DTW-HNL... and I'm still waiting for 747 to be brought back to ATL-HNL.
DL won't do it to upgrading the equipped from A330 to 744 ATL-HNL for a quite long time. Because last time the loads wasn't good enough at all and DL is downgrading from 744 to A330 aircraft during in summer/spring travels. It was change the passengers capacity is reduced. Exactly what I know DL is freeing up 744 for international flights back in summer 2010. This is very low demands.
