Same problem!!

double charged for the room - in points and abt $144 charge on the card, and that too 3 months AFTER the stay.

I had gifted the stay to a friend, so it is rather rude to ask for receipts. After about a zillion calls, the hotel did refund abt $90 (for the room), but not the rest. Extremely disappointed.
