I'm staying at the hotel at the moment and I'm normally a great advocate. This is in large part due to the exceptionally courteous and helpful staff.

Unfortunately, I'm currently having issues with senior management which might or might not be resolved before I leave. Sometimes they seem to make up rules as they go along. Starwood have already had to contact the hotel on a couple of occasions to directly contradict the hotel and recitify matters.

Dined at Dakshin at the Marriott this evening - excellent food but they no longer apply the Maurya discount unless you have a Sheraton Plus card. I'm sure you've already checked the place out though!
