This is the hotel which signed me up for SPG in the first place. Or rather, they said they would- the application was never processed, and my stay (two weeks) was never credited. I have had to fax copies of my bill every time I stay there to get the points, but otherwise the service has been very good- I was staying there recently and had to go to BOM for a weekend, they let me leave my stuff, not check out, and they didn't charge me the two nights. And yes, the food at Bukhara is divine!
